Random Name Picker
Add your entries, choose the number of winners and run a fair draw.
About the Random Name Picker
The Random Name Picker draws one or more fair winners — and optional alternates — from your list of entries. Paste names, usernames or ticket numbers one per line, choose how many winners you need and start the draw. The result is generated instantly, it's completely free and you don't need an account.
Every draw gets its own result link. Anyone who opens it sees how many entries took part, who won and when the draw happened, and — if you choose to show it — the full list of entries. Instead of asking people to trust you, you can share a result that anyone can verify and that can't be changed afterwards.
Where can you use it?
Instagram and social media giveaways
Copy the usernames from your post's comments into the list and pick a winner in seconds. Add alternates so you know exactly what happens if the winner doesn't respond.
Company and event raffles
Draw prize winners from form submissions, event sign-ups or a customer list. It works with ticket numbers too, so you don't have to publish anyone's name.
Multiple prizes in one draw
Use Multiple Prizes mode to create a group for each prize — first, second and third place, for example. Winners are drawn group by group and nobody can win twice.
Frequently Asked Questions
Yes. Entries are shuffled with an unbiased random algorithm, so every entry has the same chance of winning and nobody — including us — can influence the result.
You decide. With “One entry per person” duplicates are removed automatically (case-insensitive) and the tool shows how many were removed. With “Allow multiple entries” every line counts as one chance.
Thousands. You can paste a list or import a .txt or .csv file with the import button.
Share the result link. It shows the number of entries, the winners, the date and time, and optionally the full entry list — and the result can't be edited after it's created. Keeping the countdown on and screen-recording the draw adds even more transparency.
